We offer a 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.
Important: Please do not return items without written approval from Luxe Opal Collection. We often explore alternative solutions first to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Eligibility
To return an item, it must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@luxeopal.com with your request and reason for return. If we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send it. Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. This includes gift cards, sale or clearance items, auction items, and items purchased during live events. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need extra time to finalize the refund on their end.
We ship insured and securely packaged. Domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after payment. International delivery typically arrives within 10–14 business days after payment (timing may vary by destination and customs). Processing time is usually 3–5 business days; during peak periods it may extend up to 10 business days before tracking is issued.
